  After a horrific experience from another dental practice I registered with wincanton smile centre. I am probably one of the most nervous and anxious patients out there. I seen Duncan today with a nasty dental break. He was absolutely fantastic, calm, polite, explained everything to me.fixed my tooth there and then. No tooth ache at all now. I'm regaining my trust in dentist's thanks to this practice. You're all amazing. I would highly recommend

  My experience of this practice has been one of professionalism and understanding, from the receptionists, to the clinical personal. I am a 'dental phobic' and am treated with kindness and understanding. Communication is good, I always get a text message pre appointment and waiting times, both when you are in the surgery and, also to get an appointment, are minimal. Treatments are undertaken gently and I always leave wondering why I was so anxious. This reassurance is down to the staff. Thank you so much.

  Went to the practice with a cracked tooth that had to be removed. After 4 weeks, antibiotics and constant pain I went in for the extraction and 3 fillings. This turned into five fillings once in the chair. The extraction could not be done as the tooth was too firmly rooted. Once the anesthetic had worn off I was in pain from every tooth that had been touched and had to have every one of the fillings redone, which was when we discovered two of the teeth that had been filled had cracked. Second dentist who was forced to put things right(ish) was very good. First one was appalling.

  the dentist is cock cba to be there dont smile dont even do xray just opend mouth yep 1 2 3 teeth doin thats it come bk 20.60 for that no xray or notes to show thats what u need doin
